Completing this form is the first stage in the application process. This will enable us to select the right vendors for our markets, to ensure Torba Market retains its reputation for sustainability, artisan products that are honestly priced and carefully sourced.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. Complete your application form with all the information as asked, to the best of your knowledge.
  2. If everything looks good, we’ll reach out to invite you for an interview.
  3. If your application is successful, you’ll sign an agreement to join our amazing group of vendors at Torba Markets.
  4. There is a one-time registration fee of QR 300/- applicable to all vendors, once your application is successful.
We consider the following criteria when reviewing applications
  1. Uniqueness of the product
  2. Whether the product is natural, ethically sourced, or organic (imported/reselling products are not allowed at the Market)
  3. How the product fulfils a distinctive niche for the residents and all market visitors
  4. The degree to which any food ingredients are locally grown or produced
  5. The sustainability and appeal of vendor’s packaging and product display
  6. The vendor’s ability to provide consistent supply of their product throughout the full market day/market season

Completing this form is the first step in joining our Market family. It helps us find vendors and artisans who share our passion for sustainability, craftsmanship, and adding something truly memorable to our community!

MARKETING

It is in the interest of all participating vendors at any of our markets that you inform your existing customers via social media platforms.We prefer to take place the day of your participation and in advance, while circulating the same message via company website and any other personalized network channels to create awareness. It is not up to us to advertise your business on a regular basis. However, we are constantly active on social media during the market season, and we always showcase new and interesting products at the market. All accepted traders must complete, sign and return our Sustainability Guidelines form From our Market Rules and Regulations Form before participating.
